Growing up in the real estate business means there’s a past to honor and a tradition to carry on.

As a fourth generation real estate developer, Mr. Whitman is responsible for overseeing property acquisition, development, and disposition of real estate assets.

Mr. Whitman began his career working his way up from the bottom in every facet of the industry. Prior to forming ERP, Mr. Whitman was the founder of TriVista Realty Partners. In that capacity, he directed the development, management, and property acquisition program for assets including retail and residential investments. Mr. Whitman’s foresight led him to sell his interest in the company in 2006, prior to the economic collapse.

Prior to joining TriVist Partners, Mr. Whitman was a senior investment broker for Coldwell Banker (CB Richard Ellis) in Beverly Hills; CA. Mr. Whitman has been an active member of the Texas Real-Estate Commission, and International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Whitman serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization.

Mr. Whitman is a graduate of Centre International de Glion in Lausanne Switzerland.    

Tony Albanese

Director of Acquisitions

Tony’s extensive commercial real estate experience includes project leasing, tenant representation, and investment property sales from Texas to New York.  Prior to joining Easton, Mr. Albanese held positions at Falcon Realty Advisors and The Weitzman Group in Dallas, Ashkenazy Acquisitions Corporation in New York, and Bright Realty in Dallas.  He has handled upwards of 2,500 transactions since 2001, totaling billions in value. 

Tony received the Dallas Business Journal’s “Top 40 under 40” award, recognizing the city’s most influential young business people, when he was 26 years old. 

Mr. Albanese is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and marketing Easton's acquisitions as well as directing the leasing and sales team.
